Evie lived and was loved on this earth for just 5 and a half weeks, but her loss is one we will feel forever. She brought joy to the lives of her mummy and daddy, her big brothers, her grandparents, her aunties and uncles, and countless others who knew her. Now her absence will be felt for the rest of our lives.

We would like some good to come from our sorrow, and can think of no better cause than Forget Me Not children's hospice. Not only do they provide care and respite for children with life-limiting conditions, they also support bereaved families like ours. Forget Me Not enabled us to spend time with Evie after her death in a comfortable and homely environment. They also offer ongoing help through the hard grieving process, including to Evie's brothers who are having to contend with the loss of their much loved sister at such a young age.
